Why we ask: predictions and contests involve real-value MEDALS tokens. Different jurisdictions set different minimum ages for this kind of activity. We use your self-declared jurisdiction to apply the correct threshold (21 in the US, 19 in Canada, 18 most elsewhere).
What we store: the date of birth you enter and the jurisdiction you select. We do NOT verify this against a government ID — it's a self-attestation. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of staked tokens.
