Man United need a win.

It's just a fact at this stage. United have only two wins in their last ten games. That's relegation numbers and those two came against Ipswich ( A decent team but a must win ) and Sabah a Kazakhstani team which is like playing league two opponents.
It's just not good enough for the squad and the money that they have on the pitch. Just look at the results. At least three of which were wins that they managed to turn into draws and would put them in a totally different position if they had.

Athletico last week away is always a tough ask of any team so a loss there is no shame. It's one of the toughest stadiums to go and get a win and to be fair they did play fairly well.
Como on the other hand has to be a win with much harder games left to go and if Carrick wants to stay in charge they need to get past the group stage and keep that champions league money coming in. They will hardly get back in again next year bar a complete transformation.
They do seem to be travelling lightly for tonight.
Heaven, Baleba, Amass might get some time and stake a claim.
Como on the other hand are doing well in Serie A and won't be a walkover. They don't have the same status or budget but are getting the results and with Fabergas in charge will be well prepared for the game.
I don't normally like the 6pm kick offs but it suits to watch tonight and I'll be tuned in from the start for what needs to be a big United performance.

Michael Carrick's Manchester United squad travels to Italy heavily depleted. Key players including Lisandro Martínez, Kobbie Mainoo, Luke Shaw, and Marcus Rashford missed training and are out. Additionally, summer signing Leny Yoro is suspended following his red card against Atlético Madrid last week. But the squad need a bit of rotation and competition so it might not be the worst thing in the world to force Carrick's hand and change things up.
